Dr. Reginald Mailhot
Dr. Reginald Mailhot received his B.S. degree from Providence College and the Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Mailhot is board certified by the American Board of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maine Optometric Association.
After a comprehensive three year process of post graduate education and certification, he became the first optometrist in the State of Maine to independently treat glaucoma. Presently, he serves on the glaucoma subcommittee of the State Board of Optometry and he is past president of the Maine Optometric Association.
Dr. Mailhot has two children. Audrey teaches special education and Sarah is an architect. His wife Anne is an accountant who works at the Family Eye Health & Contact Lens Center. He enjoys traveling, golf and family activities.
